Scholarship
Each year, the Worthington Chapter gives away thousands of dollars in scholarships to deserving students at 2-year and 4-year universities/institutions and to those enrolled in trade school programs. We are able do this through charitable events, fundraisers, and extremely generous donations from our Brothers (past and present) and the local Church community. It is our Chapter’s honor and duty, as best we can, to try to provide as many worthy students as possible with a small reward for all of their hard work, dedication, community service and exceptionalism to continue promoting the principle Hellenic ideal of ‘Education’.
Scholarship Luncheon
To honor recipients of our scholarships, the Worthington Chapter hosts a dinner or luncheon, which has been combined with our Veterans Day luncheon in past years. We welcome and host the recipients and invite their parents and family members to come acknowledge and honor their individual achievements, while also enjoying a meal and a special presentation from a guest speaker from our local community.
